An Iranian drone attack sparked a fire near Dubai International Airport on the morning of Day 17, forcing Dubai Civil Aviation Authority to temporarily suspend all flights as a precautionary measure. The Dubai Media Office said civil defence teams "successfully contained the fire resulting from impact to one of the fuel tanks in the vicinity" of the airport. No casualties were reported. Dubai-based Emirates airline later announced it was resuming limited flights, though several planned routes were cancelled for the day. The UAE Ministry of Defense said its air defenses were actively responding to incoming threats.
