US B-2 Spirit stealth bombers struck the IRGC's Imam Ali missile complex in eastern Tehran, housing command-and-control infrastructure for Iran's ballistic missile forces. CENTCOM stated the strike destroyed "multiple hardened bunkers and command nodes." Iranian emergency services confirmed at least 47 killed and 89 wounded, including IRGC missile commanders and technical personnel. Several large secondary explosions were observed from satellite imagery as stored missile fuel detonated. The strike is part of the ongoing US campaign to degrade Iran's ability to launch long-range ballistic missiles at Gulf state and Israeli targets. Iranian state TV called the attack "a war crime against Iran's sovereign defense capabilities."
