An Israeli airstrike hit a home in the southern Lebanese village of Kfar Sir in the Nabatieh district early Monday, killing one person. When paramedics from the Islamic Health Society — Hezbollah's health arm — arrived at the scene to treat casualties, a second strike targeted the rescue team, killing two paramedics and wounding another person. The double-tap tactic — striking a target and then striking again when first responders arrive — has been condemned by humanitarian organizations. The Lebanese Health Ministry said 26 paramedics have been killed and 51 injured in Israeli attacks since March 2.
