An Israeli airstrike hit a building in the city of Baalbek in eastern Lebanon's Bekaa Valley on Wednesday, killing at least four people, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry. The strike was part of intensified Israeli operations across Lebanon on Day 19 of the war, targeting what the IDF claimed were Hezbollah positions in the historic city. Baalbek, home to some of the world's best-preserved Roman ruins, has been repeatedly targeted since Hezbollah entered the war on March 2.
