An Iranian-origin drone struck a radar installation at Kuwait International Airport late on March 14, causing equipment damage but no casualties. Kuwait civil aviation authorities temporarily suspended operations while the damage was assessed. The attack came as part of an ongoing Iranian drone campaign against Gulf state infrastructure and military assets. Kuwaiti air defenses intercepted several other drones in the same wave before this one reached the airport perimeter. Emergency services responded immediately and airport operations resumed after a brief suspension. The incident was the second attack on Kuwait's main airport in three days, following the fuel tank strike on March 12.
