An Iranian drone struck the Shah gas field — one of the world's largest sour gas developments — located approximately 180 km southwest of Abu Dhabi on Monday night. A massive fire erupted at the facility. Emergency teams were deployed to contain the blaze and operations at the field were suspended while damage was assessed. No injuries were reported. The Shah field is operated by ADNOC and produces roughly 1.5 billion cubic feet of gas per day. The attack adds to a growing list of Iranian strikes on UAE energy infrastructure during the conflict.
