Iran's Red Crescent Society said three of its aid workers were wounded in an airstrike that hit the Tehran-Qom toll station early on March 14 (Day 15). The toll station is a major freeway exit point from the capital leading to the holy city of Qom. The three wounded workers were transferred to hospital. The Iranian Health Ministry condemned the attack on humanitarian personnel, noting that since the start of the war on February 28, at least 11 healthcare workers had been killed and 55 wounded across Iran. The ICRC expressed concern over the pattern of strikes affecting humanitarian infrastructure and personnel.
